Meditation Teaching

To meditate means to go home to yourself. Then you know how to take care of the things that are happening inside you, and you know how to take care of the things that happen around you.                                                  Thich Nhat Hanh

Meditation is a simple yet profound method to improve the quality of our lives and develop peace of mind. The classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced practitioners and emphasize how to meditate and take the experience of these meditations into your busy daily lives. Benefits of a meditation practice include stress reduction, an ability to change your reactionary habits and become more responsive and passive, help you focus on the present moment and stop worrying about the future or present, and lowers the  heart rate and normalizes blood pressure.

After studying and practicing Yoga and Mindfulness meditation for years in the U.S., Sacha Suarez, became a certified Yoga Instructor then traveled to Thailand to study meditation with Buddhist monks and later completed a 300 hour meditation training in India.  Sacha currently teaches meditation at various Yoga studios throughout Miami, Florida and select companies looking for meditation techniques for their busy lives.  She also does private meditation consultations to help you achieve your personal goals using Western and Eastern styles of meditation methods.
