After practicing Yoga and Mindfulness meditation for years in the U.S., Sacha Suarez, became a certified Yoga Instructor then traveled to Thailand to study meditation with Buddhist monks and later completed a 300 hour meditation training in India. Sacha currently teaches meditation at various Yoga studios throughout Miami, Florida and select companies looking for stress-reducing meditation tools for their busy lives. She also does private meditation classes to help you achieve your personal goals using Western and Eastern styles of meditation methods.
